What Ascent's Academies & Certifications actually changes.
Who it's for: two audiences in parallel. (1) Corporate clients running a deep, named cohort — team upskilling and high-potential leader tracks where the company wants to develop emerging leaders before they step up. (2) Individual learners who buy in on their own (often using an employer upskilling budget), can stop at any tier, and resume later when they're ready. How it differs from the program pillars: the program pillars are workshops; academies are multi-week cohort-based curriculums with assessed certification at the end. Every academy is delivered across Foundations, Core and Pro tiers, and includes the Ascent Online Learning Platform, downloadable tools and 8-week post-training reinforcement.
