Coaching approach

Coaching is the place a workshop can't reach.

A workshop teaches the framework. Coaching is where the framework meets your deal, your direct report, your escalating customer. Ascent coaching is the same methodology behind our academies and corporate programs — applied 1:1 with a single learner, or with a small group of leaders working on a shared problem.

  • For individuals. Self-enroll for 1:1 coaching across any of our three disciplines — no employer sponsorship needed.
  • For corporations. Group coaching (small-cohort training) for senior teams, leadership pods and high-potential cohorts.
  • One coach, three disciplines. Sales, leadership and customer service — coached from a single integrated framework.
  • Outcome-tracked. Every engagement begins with the metric you want to move and ends measuring it.
